same problem i also face how solve and unlock this phone.
custmer crying and support team can not reply LCD is flipped sideways when flashed by flash file in support area b.r |

hola soy nueva usando esta caja y tengo el mismo problema me costo que el telefono me lo detectara la caja pero creo q lo logre pero no al 100% ya que no me tira ningun codigo agradeceria si me pudieran ayudar ya que estuve averiguando y llegue a la conclucion que la caja no soporta esta version de sofware por que me da lo siguiente

agradeceria cualquier ayuda o informacion ya que no creo q no haya una alguien me dijo q mi cable estaba malo pero aca en mi pais es dificil encontrar este tipo de cable yo compre el poducto en ipmart
